Does MotionLab integrate into my store’s inventory and POS system?
MotionLab does not operate on your store’s inventory or POS system. Instead, our customer portal allows you to easily select and adjust which products MotionLab can recommend.
How long do I have to commit to using MotionLab in my store?
MotionLab requires a minimum two-year commitment. Other plans are available on the Subscriptions & Pricing page.
Can I turn off product recommendations?
Yes, you can toggle product recommendations in your customer portal.
Is training required and, if so, how much?
Most of the training you will need is within the app where you can find onboarding materials and training videos. Please contact us if you would like to schedule a virtual consultation.
How many users can I have per MotionLab license?
Members receive three profiles per license with their subscription plan. For other plans, see our Subscriptions & Pricing Page.
How does MotionLab store customer information?
MotionLab does not keep customer information for more than 30 days. You can view our full terms of use and privacy policy in the Terms & Conditions.
What devices will MotionLab work on?
The MotionLab app is available on multiple platforms and will work on any mobile smart device with a video recording function including phones and tablets.
Who has access to the Motion Profile?
Store associates see a customer’s Motion Profile after initial analysis, and customers can have their results sent to their email.
How do I set up MotionLab in my store or on my mobile device?
Once you sign up for MotionLab, we’ll send you a link to begin the download.
How soon can I start using MotionLab?
You may start using MotionLab as soon as it is downloaded and set up on any smart device.
Where do I go for troubleshooting with the app?
If you cannot find answers to your questions on our FAQs page or within the customer portal, please contact customer service and we will get back to you ASAP.
